Enhancing social impact Over £700,000 in giving via ACT over 2025 and 3,500+ volunteering hours donated by Ardonagh colleagues to causes and communities.
Investing in people Award-winning Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) colleague communities continue to drive real change and foster an inclusive and supportive workplace.
Strengthening environmental reporting Ardonagh has expanded carbon footprint calculations to Australia, ensuring more comprehensive emissions tracking and accountability.
This year’s report also reflects on Ardonagh's commitment to responsible, high-quality growth, ensuring that as we expand, we learn from new companies that join us and support them to harness the best of the Group’s sustainability efforts.
Standout moments for ACT
Forming the Society Pillar of Ardonagh's ESG efforts, over 2025 ACT donated an incredible £700,000 to causes connected to Ardonagh's people and businesses around the world.
This number is formed from a whole variety of giving across our funding programmes and spotlight causes.
Million-pound marker for grants 2024 saw us surpass the million pound milestone for ACT Community grants awarded to date. This sum is formed of 245 initiatives in 13 countries around the world since 2017.
Investing in aspiring community leaders Our 2024 Bright Future Prize winners shared the £40,000 prize fund to take their community projects to the next level, including a community bakery in South Africa, first aid in Ireland, fire safety in Portugal and climate coding workshops in Australia.
Match funding reaches millions In another million moment, we also reached an incredible £1.5million+, with colleagues having raised £1,111,000 and ACT donating £440,000 to take sums higher.
