Personal data will only be captured if you choose to apply for the Bright Future Prize, full terms and conditions and details can be found on the website (Link to Ts and Cs). The data provided on this application form will be used by the charity Trustees to shortlist applicants and choose recipients of said prize.

Data will not be shared with any third parties and will be used solely for the purpose of decision making unless explicit consent is obtained.

Retention of Your Personal Data

The Trust will retain and use your Personal Data as set out in the Terms and Conditions of our Bright Future Prize. Any other data that is submitted to the Trust via email will be kept securely and only used for the intention in which it is sent. The maximum period this will be retained for is 3 years.

The Company will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of our service, or we are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.
